We are gathering after service to host a baby shower. We are accepting donations for all items needed to create layettes( see list below)  and we are happy to accept monetary donations as well. Items can be new or nearly new, gently used with sizes ranging from 3 months to 24 months.

The Thelma Wynne ministry  (part of the Diocese of Rupert's Land) supports the needs of  families facing life's challenges- with a focus on new moms and infants in the community of Winnipeg. The ministry members collect donations from across the diocese. 

A  layette includes:

- receiving or cuddle blanket

-sleepers

-outfits

-onesies

-a sweater or hoodie

-hats

-bibs

-socks or booties

-Ivory soap, baby wipes

-a small toy or stuffy

-small gift of toiletries for the mother.

Each layette is assembled with items for babies from 3  to 24 months old and some diapers are included.
