Reverend Canon Bob Webster was raised in Winnipeg. He worked from 67-69 in Jamaica as Youth Program co-ordinator. He was ordained in 1972. Reverend Webster was at All Saints Church in Windsor, Ontario for two years. From 1974 to 1978 he was in the shared Anglican United Parish of Shuswap Lake, British Columbia. Bob returned to Winnipeg to do Community Ministry in the West Broadway area, focusing on Youth, Seniors and transient ministries. He served at St. Anne's West Kildonan for nine years and was at St. Mary Magdalene for 14 years from 1990 to 2004. He was at St. Catherine's Bird's Hill for the 2 years preceding his arrival at St. George's Transcona in September of 2006. Reverend Webster has two adult sons, both living in the Vancouver area. He has also been involved with Agape Table. |
