St. George's Anglican Parish (Transcona)

Our parish is combining with Transcona United Church to form a youth group first meeting was Wednesday January 19, 2011 7pm at Transcona United Church.

This year is our 100th anniversary
& many events are being planned to celebrate this milestone.

Home communion, hospital visits & prayers for healing are always available as requested; we also provide a monthly service (2nd Wednesday, 9:45am) for residents of Park Manor PCH & hymn sing there last Friday evening each month - more volunteers (especially singers) needed for both.

We will gather at 6:30 and the movie will begin at 7 sharp.

We will have a few munchies and the coffee pot will be on.

Vacation Bible School:
Is held in conjunction with Transcona Memorial United Church. It is half days - from 9:00 am til noon - during the last week of July. The program is for children between the ages of 5 and 15.

AGM is held on the 2nd Sunday in February.
